CUSTOMER'S MINIMUM STANDARD HEALTH PROTOCOLS

The virus that causes COVID-19 is still circulating in our communities. We should continue to observe practices that protect everyone, including those who are most vulnerable. Please note, public health guidance cannot anticipate every unique situation. ALL individuals should stay informed and take actions based on common sense and wise judgment that will protect everyone's lives regardless of your opinion of this pandemic.
All individuals are encouraged to adopt additional protocols consistent with their specific needs and circumstances to help protect the health and safety of all. Because of the hidden nature of this COVID-19 threat, everyone should rigorously follow safe practices.
Please, if you are sick, do not attempt to come in for a session, self-screen before your session for any of the following new or worsening signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19:
Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain (depending on nature of the muscle pain), Headache (depending on nature of the headache), Sore throat, Loss of taste or smell, Diarrhea, Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit with in the last 24hrs, Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19.
If you have any of this please let us know so we can cancel your appointment if necessary, don't wait to come inside the establishment to tell us about your symptoms.
Since "Social Distancing" cannot be achieved during a Massage session and even though we strive to provide a clean environment and will be wearing a new mask, and scrub for each client. Nothing is fully safe, if you decide to come in for a session please at the lease follow these guidelines:
All individuals will be temperature checked and must wear a face covering (over the nose and mouth per executive orders), except when temporary removal is necessary to receive a service. hand hygiene, cough etiquette, cleanliness, and sanitation should be rigorously practiced.
Wash, sanitize or disinfect hands upon entering our establishment, after the payment process, and after any interaction with employees, contractors, other customers, or items in the establishment.
Clothing, to minimize your items been exposed to any virus, wear simple clothing, leave jewelry and other items not needed at home, you will be provided a plastic basket and hangers to put all of your items in and hand your clothes, so the simpler the outfit, the less the struggle.
We do have contact free payment options and can even prepay for your sessions ahead of time thru our website using a credit/debit card or PayPal, also Venmo, Cash App or Google pay, just let us know, we also take cash, but don't carry change, so make sure you have the exact amount you want to pay.
After your session, please go straight home and take a shower and bag your clothes if washing latter or wash right away to minimize any contamination from our establishment or in route to and from. (If the session is at your home, then just take a shower after, etc.)
Individuals aged 65 or older are at a higher risk of COVID-19 and should be more cautious. To the extent possible should stay at home as much as possible, if you must have a session please follow all health precautions to protect yourself.
Keep in mind, only 1 person will be permitted to enter our office at a time, so please do not bring anyone else with you, they will have to wait in the car or come back for you, if the session will be at your location, please keep pets, friends and family in a different area of your house, away from the room that will be use for your session.
Hope all our Current and future clients are staying healthy, safe and following all government guidelines in their personal lives as we navigate and find ways to survive this pandemic. Massage therapy has been known to help strengthen the immune system to help us in the fight against viruses etc., but we have to do our part in protecting our bodies so we do not overwhelm our immune system, prevention is the key!
